CFSEA partners with local humanitarians – Hatters Help Ukraine

The Community Foundation of Southeastern Alberta has partnered with a local volunteer group to support their efforts in welcoming Ukrainian evacuees to Medicine Hat.
“We are thrilled to partner with Hatters Help Ukraine, a local group of humanitarians who are working to help Ukrainians get to Canada. The devastation their country is experiencing is unimaginable, and on behalf of our Board of Directors, we are honoured to be of assistance.” – Niki Gray, CFSEA Executive Director
To support this initiative, CFSEA will be collecting donations on behalf of Hatters Help Ukraine. Funds will go to cover initial costs such as transportation, accommodations, food, and rent. Donations of $25 or more will receive a charitable tax receipt issued by CFSEA.
