Lethbridge Police investigating pharmacy robbery

Lethbridge Police are investigating an armed robbery at a south side pharmacy.

On Dec. 14, 2021 at approximately 9:30 a.m. two masked males entered Petra Pharmacy along the 1000 block of Mayor Magrath Drive, brandished a firearm and demanded a male employee open the safe. The employee refused and was subsequently assaulted, sustaining non-life-threatening injuries, before the subjects fled the area. 

The first subject is described as a black male, wearing a black jacket with orange stripes, a baseball cap and black shoes. The second subject is described as a black male, wearing black clothing, a baseball cap and black shoes. Both subjects were wearing masks. 

No surveillance images are available.
