Oyen RCMP seek public’s assistance in identifying Dec. 5 break and enter suspects in Cereal and Acadia Valley

On Dec. 5, Oyen RCMP received reports of break and enter at three separate locations having occurred between 5 a.m. and 6:10 a.m. The Canada Post Office on Main Street and a second business on Main street near Railway Avenue in Acadia Valley as well as the Canada Post office on Main Street in Cereal, Alta., were all broken into.

Video Surveillance indicates a male and female operating a 2017 – 2019 Grey Ford Escape were responsible in all 3 incidents.

The suspects are described as:

Suspect 1:

·         Male –

·         Medium build

·         20-30 years old

·         Wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, black Solomon boots and grey/blue gloves.

Suspect 2:

·         Female

·         Medium Build

·         30-40 years old

·         Wearing a black jacket and black pants.

Video footage shows the male suspect using a crowbar with a red handle as well as another large hook-type tool with a red handle.
