Two men are facing drug trafficking charges following an investigation by ALERT Lethbridge.
On April 25, 2023, police executed a search warrant, with assistance from the Lethbridge Police Service, on a home in the Glendale neighbourhood. The following was seized as evidence:
• 131.2 grams of methamphetamine;

• 1 gram of fentanyl;
• 70 packages of black market cigarettes; and
• $1,245 cash.
ALERT also seized a conducted energy weapon, two replica firearms and numerous rounds of ammunition.
“We had reason to believe that these two people were selling drugs out of their home. Anytime we are able to take drugs off our streets is a win for residents in the neighbourhood, as well as the community,” said Staff Sgt. Trevor Sheppard, ALERT Lethbridge.
The drugs have an estimated street value of $20,000.
