Storm main rehabilitation causes closure and detours on Herbert St. E.

The City of Swift Current wishes to advise residents and motorists that there will be a storm main rehabilitation project starting Monday July 11th, that will cause a street closure and detours on Herbert Street East in the 400 & 500 blocks, between 4th Avenue NE and 6th Avenue NE.  The detours will remain in place for approximately four (4) weeks.

Although Herbert Street East will be closed, access to back alleys in the affected area will remain. No parking is permitted in the work zone. The map of the work zone is published to the Construction Updates page on the City’s website at http://www.swiftcurrent.ca/construction.
