Redcliff and Bow Island RCMP arrest two in Forty Mile County after crime spree investigation

 On June 29, ALERT RPCU Medicine Hat and Bow Island RCMP attended a rural residence in Forty Mile County where two individuals wanted for various property related offences were located and arrested. The arrests of these individuals led to the recovery of two stolen vehicles and an ATV from recent thefts in the Medicine Hat and Forty Mile County areas.

A 28-year-old female from Medicine Hat, was arrested and charged with the following offences:

– Misuse of credit card

– Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000

– Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000

– Fail to comply with release order

A 48-year-old male from Medicine Hat, was arrested and charged with the following offences:

– Misuse of credit card

– Mischief under $5000

– Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000

– Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000

– Fail to comply with release order X4

The 28-year-old female and 48-year-old male are in custody and awaiting a judicial interim release hearing.
