Herbert and District Integrated Health Facility emergency services to partially resume

The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) would like to advise residents of Herbert and surrounding area that emergency services will partially resume at the Herbert and District Integrated Health Facility effective 7 a.m. on Monday, April 4, 2022.  

Emergency services will be available between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. daily.  Lab and x-ray services will continue to be available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. by appointment only.  Non-urgent health-related questions can be directed to the provincial HealthLine by calling 8-1-1.

In the event of an after-hours emergency, call 9-1-1 or visit the emergency department at:

  • Cypress Regional Hospital, Swift Current
  • Dr. F. H. Wigmore Hospital, Moose Jaw  

The SHA continues to work toward increasing emergency services at Herbert and District Integrated Care Facility to 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Herbert and District Integrated Care Facility is not accepting acute care admissions at this time.
