Swift Current Municipal RCMP respond to discharge of a firearm on Robert Street East Thursday night

On the evening of March 17, Swift Current Municipal RCMP responded to a report of an assault on the 500 block of Robert Street East. The police response involved the discharge of a firearm. The incident is over and there is no threat to public safety. Police officers remained on scene for several hours to investigate.
