Although this rink will see a later opening date than the outdoor rinks, residents can expect it to be fully operational before the new year. Similar to the 2021 season, the Crokicurl Rink will be available during regular Outdoor Rink Hours and can be booked online at http://www.swiftcurrent.ca/rinks. Saskatchewan COVID-19 Guidelines and Protocols will be in place at the outdoor rinks at all times. Current safety guidelines for the outdoor rinks this season include:
Skating at the outdoor rinks is free of charge to all users during regular scheduled times and is a great opportunity for families to be active together this winter. Private bookings are available outside of regular hours at a cost of $45.50/hour. The outdoor rinks will operate on the holiday schedule from December 20th until January 2nd. Dependent on the weather, the rinks should continue to operate until approximately the end of February. Rink schedules are available online at http://www.swiftcurrent.ca/rinks and on the City’s Facebook and Twitter pages.
