Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame and Presenting Sponsor Canadian Tire Corporation are honoured to reveal the six Athletes and one sport “Builder” who will make up the Class of 2016.

The Millar College of the Bible annual Athletic Awards Dessert Night was held recently at the school. Teammates and coaches voted and these are the winners of the individual awards:

SCCHS Senior Badminton Tournament results

The Swift Current Composite High School hosted their home badminton tournament last weekend at the school gymnasium.

Two boxers from the Grassland Boxing Club competed successfully at the Battle of the Prairies tournament that took place at the Conexus Arts Centre in Regina, April 8.

No one can accuse the 16U SunDogs volleyball men’s team of being not well conditioned or never putting forth a determined, dare we say, dogged effort.

Entering the last part of the school year, students are down to the last two sports on the school calendar — badminton and track.
