Jim Groom, co-ordinator of the newly-created criminal justice program at the Medicine Hat College, had a lot of reasons to smile in early September.

According to news agency CNW, the Canadian Federation of Students are pointing to an annual university and post-secondary tuition fee report released by Statistics Canada which says tuition and education costs are fluctuating in an unpredictably high manner.

Medicine Hat College (MHC) announced Tuesday morning the RBC Foundation donated $25,000 to the Entrepreneur Development Centre’s (EDC) Be Your Own Boss (BYOB) seminar series.

Great Plains College continues to help meet increased demand for skilled graduates of the Heavy Equipment Operator program.
