Looking at a community struggling with current economic conditions, welding instructors at Medicine Hat College (MHC) asked the question “What can we do to help?”

In response to challenging economic times, Medicine Hat College (MHC) has partnered with Government of Alberta to offer a full-day workshop on May 3 at Medicine Hat College.

One of the most intimidating aspects of fitness is the self doubt people have about being able to accomplish a task. Take for example long distance runs which many people cannot accomplish, whether it be because of physical inability or a disability.

SunDogs PAC season ends in disappointment

The Great Plains College SunDogs basketball season came to an end after a first round loss to the Saskatchewan Polytech Moose Jaw Panthers in the Provincial Prairie Athletic Conference (PAC) Tournament last Friday.
