MHC gets help from famous former Shaunavon resident

The Medicine Hat Minor Hockey Association, in partnership with Hayley Wickenheiser, is providing female athletes interested in pursuing an education at Medicine Hat College (MHC) access to an annual scholarship through a $15,000 donation.

 The Medicine Hat College (MHC) Rattlers are pleased to announce that Richard Humphrey has been appointed the new head coach of the men’s basketball team effective July 15.

Thanks to the success of the 2016 Alberta Winter Games, Medicine Hat College (MHC) recently received $60,000 through a legacy grant. These funds, presented by the Medicine Hat Alberta Games Society, will go towards purchasing a new score clock in the gymnasium and providing programming for youth.

In the 2015-16 academic year, the Medicine Hat College celebrated its 50th anniversary.

Miranda Davies is a tough instructor at the Medicine Hat College — tough, but fair.

The Medicine Hat College (MHC) chapter of the Alberta Institute of Power Engineers (AIPE) will be hosting the first annual Everyone Counts Classic, a golf tournament fundraiser to support mental health initiatives for students at the college.
