Muendel receives innovator award for pulse crop work

The Alberta Pulse Growers (APG) this week presented the fourth annual Alberta Pulse Industry Innovator Award to Lethbridge’s Dr. Hans-Henning Muendel, who was instrumental in developing numerous bean cultivars for Alberta growers.

The Government of Canada released the final list on Feb. 6 of designated regions where livestock tax deferral has been authorized for 2017 due to drought, flood or excess moisture conditions. See list of areas below:
