The Swift Current Curling Club Innovation Credit Union Super League competes on Thursday evenings. League play began on October 12 and playoffs for the October to December section will begin on December 7 and conclude on December 21. The champion will be determined on December 21.

Last minute golfers are trying to squeeze in one more round of golf before mother nature brings weather too cold for golf garb.

Don’t forget October 8-14 has been declared School Sport Week in Saskatchewan by the Ministry of Education.  Check out what is happening at your local school!

Speedy Creek Racing rolls along

Dirt racers from across the province competed for cash at the Speedy Creek Racing Association’s 4th annual Wild Throttle Fun racing weekend at the Living Sky Casino Speedway in Swift Current, Sept. 16 and 17.

The SHSAA provincial golf championships were held in Estevan on Sept 22 & 23.
