Swift Current RCMP calls for service June 9-11

The following is a synopsis of calls for service for the Swift Current RCMP June 8-10:


2018-JUNE-8
6: 19 PM -report of theft from a business on the 1700 block of North Service Road E. This matter is still under investigation.
7: 17 PM -report of an adult male breaching the conditions of his undertaking by contacting the female caller. This matter is still under investigation.
7:54 PM -report of neighbours using their fenced back yard as a washroom on the 400 block of 1st Avenue N. E. The caller was advised that nothing criminal was taking place & police would not be attending.
8:09 PM -report of a possible impaired driver in the parking lot of a business on the 1600 block of North Service Road E. The caller had confronted the male who was sitting in the drivers seat who proceeded to get out of the truck & left on foot instead of driving the vehicle out of the parking lot.
9:08 PM -report of a possible impaired driver. The adult male was seen stumbling out of a business on the 1600 block of North Service Road E. & then proceeded to get into a semi tru.ck & was travelling westboud on the Service Road. Officers made patrols & located the vehicle. The adult male driver will be charged with impaired driving.
10:15 PM -officers conducted curfew check on a male that has court imposed conditions to be home during certain hours. The male was not home. This matter is still under investigation.
10: 18 PM -report of an adult male breaching the conditions of his undertaking by contacting the female caller. This matter is still under investigation.
2018-JUNE-9
1 :34 AM -report of a male asleep at a business on the 200 block of 1st Avenue N.E. & they are unable to wake him. Officers attended the business & located the male. The male was determined to be intoxicated, arrested & then released once sober without criminal charges.
12:20 PM - report of an assault that occured at a location on the 2200 block of Patterson Drive. This matter is still under investigation.
1 :40 PM -a male attended the Detachment with a bicycle he found on 6th Avenue N.E. The bicycle was later returned to its owner.
1 :55 PM -911 call of a traffic hazard on the O block of 1st Avenue N. E. A tree fell down & is blocking part of the road. The City of Swift Current was contacted to have the tree cleaned up off the road .
8:58 PM -report of threats being uttered to an adult female by her ex-husband. This matter is still under investigation.
9:28 PM -report of an adult male breaching the conditions of his probation order by contacting the female caller. This matter is still under investigation.
11 :32 PM -911 call of a break & enter to a residence on the 100 block of 2nd Avenue S. E. A male who is on no-contact
conditions with the female caller broke into her residence & was sitting in her living room in the dark. Officers attended the
location & arrested 45 year old Shannon Dumont of Swift Current. Dumont has been charged under the Criminal Code with one count break & enter & ten counts of failing to comply with the condition of his undertaking. Dumont will be appearing in Swift Current Provincial Court on June 12th, 2018.
2018-JUNE-10
1 :43 AM -report of a male passed out on the patio of a business on the 200 block of 1st Avenue N. E. Officers attended & located the male who was arrested & released once sober. No criminal charges were laid inrelation to the incident.
2:37 AM - 911 call regarding a child custody dispute. The couple is currently going through a seperation & having concerns with the custody of the children.The male caller was advised to not attend their residence at the time it is & was  warned about uttering threats. Nothing criminal was taking place.
2:39 AM -911 call of a male outside a business on the 200 block of Central Avenue N. yelling at people to leave however he does not work at the business. Officers attended the location but the male was gone prior to their arrival.
3:51 AM -report of male youth breaching his curfew condition. This matter is still under investigation.
11 :27 AM -911 call of a motorcycle being stolen from the Ponderosa Trailer Court overnight. This matter is still under investigation.
11 :36 AM - request received from an adult female asking if officers could give her a ride to a restaurant at 4pm so she can pick up her son. The caller has a vehicle but the brakes need replacement & she doesn't have insurance. The female was advised that the police do not provide rides to the general public & she should contact a taxi cab or friends/family.
12:26 PM -report of harassing phone calls & voicemails from the female complainant's ex-husband revolving around the child custoday dispute they're having. Nothing criminal was taking place & she was directed to contact a lawyer about getting a court order put in place.
12:33 PM -report of hit & run to a white Honda Civic over night while parked on the street of 19th Avenue N.E. No witnesses, suspects or other information at this time.
4:45 PM -report of a group of youth outside a location on the 400 block of Herbert Street E. yelling at people as they are
walking by. Officers made patrols of the area & were not able to locate any youth.
6:11 PM - report of lost wallet.
