Broncos add blue line depth on Tuesday

The Swift Current Broncos pulled off a deal to address depth on their blue line by acquiring defenceman Sam Pouliot from the Red Deer Rebels in exchange for a conditional 10th round draft pick in the 2020 WHL Bantam Draft.

Free training for Respect in Sport initiative

The City of Swift Current is taking steps to ensure accountability doesn’t fall through the  human services sector gap.

Two organizations expressed concerns at a public hearing about allowing cannabis retail activity near the downtown Swift Current location of a non-profit organization that provides programs and support services to youth.

Crops have been harvested at two community growing projects in the Swift Current area in support of the Canadian Foodgrains Bank.
