February accident in Morse results in charges for Moose Jaw resident

On February 23, at 10:05 p.m,. Morse RCMP responded to a single vehicle rollover on Highway 1, east of Morse. 

Four occupants of the vehicle were treated for injuries of varying degrees and a fifth occupant was deceased at the scene.  The deceased female has been identified as 23 year old Demi McKechnie of Moose Jaw.

As a result of the investigation, 21 year old Adrian Spencer McLaren of Moose Jaw has been charged with Impaired Driving Causing Death, Impaired Driving Causing Bodily Harm, Operation Over 80 mgs of Alcohol Causing Death, and Operation over 80 mgs of Alcohol Causing Bodily Harm. 

McLaren will make his first court appearance in Swift Current on May 16.
