Redford welcomes Keystone XL re-application

Premier Alison Redford issued the following statement in response to TransCanada’s announcement it will soon reapply for a Presidential Permit for the Keystone XL pipeline and in the meantime begin work on the pipeline’s southern leg, known as the Gulf Coast Project:
