Fiesta Latina should shake up Swift Current

The Southwest Multicultural Association is pleased to announce the upcoming event, Fiesta Latina.  

The summer of 2015 is set to be a memorable time for the Swift Current alternative-ambient folk group Bears in Hazenmore.

Prairie singer/songwriter Megan Nash, who just finished performing at the Ness Creek Festival and the Saskatchewan Festival of Words in Moose Jaw following a cross-Canada tour, will be giving an intimate concert at the former St. Patrick’s Church in Herbert on Saturday Aug. 1 at 8 p.m.

The annual Southwest Open, a non-curated exhibition for semi-professional and amateur artists, is currently taking place in Swift Current.
