An apple a day can make the January blues go away

This year I’m going to exercise five days a week, eat broccoli instead of bacon, add a spoonful of bran to everything bran-able, go on a cleanse, get my vitamins from food instead of bottles, try a new vegetable every week and lose the pounds that keep finding me.

Alternative/roots singer-songwriter Megan Nash took a different direction with her new album “Seeker” and music fans approved – their votes took the album to the top spot in SaskMusic’s poll for the best Saskatchewan albums of 2017.

The timetable was all preparation and rehearsal, but two final performances weren’t all that students at Vulcan Prairieview Elementary School took away from a week with the Trickster Theatre company.
