The temperature was cold, but hearts were warmed earlier in December when Millar College of the Bible presented its Christmas Program entitled The Shoebox.

More than 100 people took to the stage for performances on Dec. 10 and Dec. 11.
In this original dramatic musical 75 musicians showcased their talents in a 25-piece orchestra, the choir, the chorale, and the worship group Replica.
The drama was a humourous and touching story about a little boy named Ryan (played by Stuart Mufford) who was shuffled around in foster care for most of his young life. His world takes a drastic turn when he comes to live with the Jackson family He learns what it means to be part of a very real and far from perfect family, but most importantly what it means to be part of God’s family.
With his heart full of joy and peace, he disrupts the entire Christmas Pageant when he gives his special gift to Jesus to say “Thank you.”
The cast was made up of 33 members included college students and community children from Pambrun. Christmas baking was enjoyed by all after the programs.
