It is Friday. I am sitting in the Regina Airport waiting for my flight to Winnipeg, where I will be teaching a weekend course).

To be or not to be… that is the question. “What Happens When We Leap.”

My parents will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary in May. That freakin’ blows my mind.

It's Ukrainian Easter weekend (on the Julian calendar) and Christine and I am headed with my parents to northern Saskatchewan for our Ukrainian Easter celebrations.


THE SETTING: I am writing this on International Woman’s Day. I am called to lift up my voice for women — all women (whether I know them or not), for today is our day.

How to awaken from the slumber of spring

It is three weeks until spring. I leave the house no longer in darkness.

Here’s the truth: I love “love”. I am a full-blown romantic.

This has been one hell of a month, where things have been tough and the universe added a lot to my plate.

Bye bye resolutions ... hello revolution

The hustle and bustle of the holidays is over.

I celebrated my birthday the first week of November. It has been a practice of mine to give back and share during my birthday week; to all who have loved me and touched my life.
